Session met in a stated meeting on Monday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. The following business was transacted:
Session met in a stated meeting on Monday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. The following business was transacted:
- Session heard the statements of faith of the confirmands. Each confirmand was introduced by their respective mentor and gave a heartfelt presentation of their statement of faith. As always, this is such a special joy for the Session to be a part of.
- Session approved the reception of the confirmands into CPC membership and the baptisms of Rey Hancock and Harper Walton.
- Confirmation Sunday will take place on May 19. There will also be another reception of new members on June 9 which will include some older youth who previously were unable to participate in the standard Confirmation process.
