Baptisms
|
Ordinarily, the parent(s) of infants or children presented for baptism are members of Cary Presbyterian Church. Youth and adults may present themselves for baptism. In either case, instruction about the meaning and purpose of baptism will take place before the day of the baptism. For more information about baptisms (or to schedule one), contact a pastor. |
Weddings
Weddings can be conducted for CPC members or their immediate families. One of the ministers of Cary Presbyterian Church will officiate; additional ministers may be invited by session to assist in the service. The CPC Director of Music will be consulted on all music and/or musician selections. Weddings are preceded by appropriate premarital counseling sessions with the officiating minister.
For more information about weddings (or to schedule a wedding) contact a pastor and refer to the Cary Presbyterian Wedding Policy and the Wedding Information Form (WORD Doc).
Memorial Services
Funerals and memorial services can be conducted for CPC members and their immediate families. Service arrangements are scheduled to meet the needs of families, pastors and the Director of Music. For more information about memorial services (or to schedule one), contact a pastor and refer to the Cary Presbyterian Church Funeral Policy and the Cary Presbyterian Church Funeral Wishes Form.
