2013-2014 Registration Information

We currently have two openings in our Friday Playgroup for children with birthdays between 9/1/10 and 2/28/11. Please contact the preschool office for additional information about these openings. Note that these children will be able to register for the Older 2's class for the 2013-2014 school year with a guaranteed spot.

Registration Schedule

Registration for the 2013-2014 school year will begin in January. The schedule for applications is as follows:

January 16 – Currently enrolled students applications due
January 17 – Siblings of currently enrolled students and Members of Cary Presbyterian Church applications due
January 18 – Alumni and alumni siblings applications due
January 23 – Open Registration starts

Applications are available upon completing a tour of the facility.

Community Registration and Tour Schedule

• There will be open registration for the community based on availability after our in-house registration.
• We would like our families to know about our program before enrolling, so we require a short tour. You will see the facilities, hear about our curriculum and teaching approach, and have an opportunity to ask questions.
• Applications: Applications will be available at the end of the tour. If you attend a tour before January 23rd, you may turn in your application early. We will assign a number to the application based on when it was received and formally accept them on the 23rd. This allows us to complete our in-house registration before that date. Applications received on or after the 23rd will be accepted when received if there is an opening available.
• Registration Fee: A registration fee of $100 ($90 for second child) is due with the application.
• Wait List: A wait list will be kept for those who did not get spots for their children. There are frequently changes in enrollment between January and the start of school in September, and we will call those on the waiting list first.
• Tour Schedule: Tours will be held at 10:00 on the following dates and can be scheduled by calling the preschool office.
      January 7,10,14,17,23,28
      February 1,7
  Tours after these dates can also be scheduled if needed.

Tuition

Monthly tuition rates for the 2013-2014 school year will be as follows:

Playgroup:   $85
Young 2’s:  $135
Older 2’s:   $135
Young 3’s:  $140
3 Day 3’s:   $170
4 Day 4’s:   $210
5 Day 4’s:   $240

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $100 ($90 for second child), due with your application.
